Our Shipping Policy covers everything you need to know about shipping, including delivery times, order tracking, and how to handle any concerns. Please review this policy before ordering to ensure a smooth process. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions as outlined in this policy.

 

SHIPPING: Ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to checkout. Items will be shipped to the provided address. Failure to verify the accuracy of ones shipping address is not grounds for a refund.

RETURN POLICY: All products are non-refundable and final sale. Returns are not accepted for refunds or replacements. Prior to purchasing, please review the item description.

TRACKING: Tracking is included with each order. Please ensure you provide an email address and/or phone number for tracking updates via SMS or email. All order updates and tracking details will be sent to the provided contact information.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

                         IMPORTANT NOTES: 

 

STANDARD AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please note that all shipping options, typically do not cover transit time on weekends. Shipping times are determined by the carrier's shipping speeds, not our processing times.

Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS to process and ship out your items, excluding your shipping selection speed. An order made on the weekend typically ships on Monday. Processing may take up to 72 hours from ordering. Shipping may be delayed if we are away for an event.

 

CANCELATIONS: 

If you request to cancel your order, and it meets the time criteria of being able to be canceled, we are unable to refund the original processing fees. These fees are charged by the credit card processors up front and is not refunded to us. In most cases, the processing fee through Shopify and card processors range from 2.9%-5%. We are not profiting from this, only offsetting the expenses to prevent losses from your cancellation once order is placed.

If you (the customer) requests a cancellation on a product or service, you will not be refunded for any processing fees.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

 

All prices are in USD and will be charged to your credit card bank in US funds. Your bank will convert the USD to your currency for the purchase.

International shipping costs exclude import duties or taxes. Estimating these costs is not possible. Customers must investigate local duties and fees before ordering.

VERYIFY YOU SHIPPING INFO:

The customer must verify all shipments to the desired destination. Failure to verify the shipping address accurately does not warrant a refund. Refused shipments require the customer to cover re-shipping costs.
